Public health data analyst/scientist with 5+ years of experience transforming complex epidemiological data into actionable insights. Currently supporting the National Syndromic Surveillance Program as a CDC contractor(ICF International). I support CDC initiatives through custom query analysis and development using ESSENCE and SQL. In addition to queries, I develop custom interactive Quarto reports and Shiny applications which are used to inform national public health surveillance. Recently completed my M.S. in Data Science with a focus on machine learning and causal inference methods. Passionate about applying advanced analytics to improve health outcomes and public policy.
